Retail spaces hide asbestos in surprising places, especially in areas where previous refurbishments have been layered. Asbestos insulating board panels within ceiling voids, vinyl floor tiles under newer flooring, insulation in plant and boiler rooms, fireproof boards in storerooms and lift shafts, cement sheets on rooftop plant areas to name but a few.
AIB Solutions specialises in high and low risk asbestos removal from live retail environments — locating hidden hazards, erecting discreet enclosures, and clearing sites without affecting opening hours.
Planning a refit, dilapidations hand back, or a reactive repair? Our team delivers detailed surveys, controlled removal, and certified disposal you can rely on.
