Yes — we safely remove AIB and cement-based fascia boards and dispose of them in line with current regulations. Temporary replacement panels can be fitted to maintain security, and we coordinate with the contractor responsible for reinstatement.
While not a mandatory requirement, reassurance air testing is best practice in public spaces and often requested by landlords. It gives additional peace of mind following non-licensed asbestos removal work — we can arrange this via a UKAS-accredited analytical company.
Licensed asbestos work requires a statutory minimum of 14 days notification to the HSE before works commence. As a minimum, secure your slot 3–4 weeks ahead. We manage the notification on your behalf as soon as works are confirmed.
