Need Asbestos Support for Your Business or Commercial Property?
From Stoke-on-Trent, we operate nationwide — providing fast, safe asbestos services that keep your business running smoothly and compliantly.
Asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) aren’t always obvious — especially in larger commercial and industrial buildings. From pipe lagging and boiler insulation to textured coatings, vinyl tiles and roofing panels, asbestos was widely used across UK workplaces before 2000.
At AIB Solutions, we specialise in identifying and removing both high-risk and low-risk asbestos from all types of commercial premises — including offices, warehouses, retail units, leisure centres and public buildings.
Whether you’re planning a refurbishment, managing compliance, or preparing for demolition, our team provides full surveys, safe removal, and certified waste disposal to keep your site safe and fully HSE-compliant.
Respectful & Mindful - Our goal is not only to remove hazardous materials but to foster a safer, healthier environment through respectful and mindful practices.

Professional & Quality - We strive to keep exceeding expectations every day, with every client we work with, always working above standards and to the highest quality.
We carried out the safe removal of all asbestos-containing materials from the ground floor of this former retail unit, including significant amounts of asbestos insulating board (AIB) from the ceiling void. The space was left as a clean shell, ready for shopfitters to begin refurbishment.
It is a legal requirement under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 that all asbestos must be managed in non-domestic buildings built before 2000. The first step is to commission an asbestos survey identify what asbestos materials are present and then a management plan formulated.
Yes. We will assess the viability to work safely during business hours and avoid disruption to your normal operations. If this is not possible we have the flexibility to work out of normal hours including early mornings, evenings or weekends to minimise the impact on your staff and customers.
Not typically but some processes can cause noise. In these cases we will use sound-dampening techniques to reduce disruption. Where this is not possible we will inform you prior to the project start so that arrangements can be made to minimise disruption.
Stop work immediately. We’ll attend site to assess the risk, take samples if needed and then advise you of the next steps to take.
You won’t need to but certain types of asbestos removal and remediation require us to notify the HSE before we start. For licensed asbestos removal work the notification needs to be sent to the HSE at least 14 days prior to us commencing.
This will very much depend on the set of circumstances and what measures we can put in place to keep everyone safe. We will undertake an assessment and advise you of the best course of action.
This will depend on the size and complexity of the premises. Basic buildings can take just a few hours whereas larger complex sites can take several days.
Yes. You’ll receive method statements and risk assessments prior to start and following the project waste consignment notes, site records and air test certificates (when applicable) — ideal for landlords, insurers or audits.
Most of the common types of asbestos containing materials can be found in commercial properties, such as Asbestos Insulating Board (AIB), floor tiles, insulation, sprayed coatings, cement sheeting, and textured coatings.
Contact us to arrange a free site assessment. We’ll reference the survey, undertake an on site assessment and provide a detailed, fixed quotation within 48 hours.
