Asbestos often appears only when fabric is disturbed. It can lurk in sprayed fireproofing on steel beams, floor screeds and bitumen adhesives, lift shaft linings, boiler house pipe lagging, cement roof sheets and even old mastic sealants.
AIB Solutions specialises in both high risk and low risk asbestos removal for live construction and demolition environments—pinpointing hidden hazards, enclosing work zones and clearing sites safely and efficiently.
